Being Silenced_Acrylic

Acrylic-Mixed Media 36" x 36".   "Evoking Emotions" exhibition at Tubac Center for the Arts through November 9, 2025.

“Though the voice may shake, silence will not be kept.

The chains that break the spirit and hope will not be accepted.

The cruel indifference that stains the scene will not be tolerated.

Wrong will not be considered right.

The lies will not be accepted.
Injustice will not cause the heart to grieve.

So speech will be given, though whispers turn to shouts.

Idly standing by and watching will not happen,
While others

suffer, burdened by hate and prejudice.
